Our apartments have basic amenities. If you are not sure whether everything is available for your vacation, please feel free to contact us.
1x cable TV, telephone, safe, free WiFi, balcony or terrace with garden furniture, bed linen, towels (changed twice a week), hair dryer, shampoo & shower gel, toilet paper
Kitchen: basic cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, tea maker, capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher including tabs, washing-up liquid, cleaning sponge, tea towel
A little tip – the following equipment is NOT available: For bathing fun outside the house, bath or sauna towels, bathrobes

All prices shown on our website are in € including statutory tax. The room prices are per room/apartment and day. For the apartments, an additional cleaning fee of € 4.00 per person/day is charged.
Local tax per person/day: € 4.00 / € 5.00 (starting November 2025)
Children under 16 are exempt from the local tax.
The minimum length of stay from Christmas to the end of March is 7 days or Saturday-Wednesday / Wednesday-Saturday. Bookings for shorter periods are also possible at short notice.
All prices and other information are without guarantee.

WWe offer a bread service for apartment guests. The bread rolls can be ordered the day before until 4 p.m. and are ready for collection in the breakfast room from 7:30 a.m.
On Sundays, bread delivery is only possible if the order was placed on Friday.

You can move into your room or apartment from 2 p.m. On request and subject to availability, you can also move in at an earlier time.

Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m. We will then be happy to send you information regarding late arrival.

We ask that you vacate your room or apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

We ask you not to bring any guests into your room or apartment who are not guests of our hotel.

We ask you to behave quietly in the house. Guests may want to sleep at any time. We ask that you do not disturb the other guests' rest, especially after 8 p.m.

Pets are not allowed.

Our establishments are open from mid-June to early October or from the end of October to the beginning of May.

We have a strict waste disposal policy in Sölden. You will find a detailed list of how to separate waste in the kitchen of your booked apartment.

One parking space is available free of charge per room. Two parking spaces are available for guests of the LOU apartment.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all premises.

You are welcome to store your sports equipment in a locked room. Heating elements for drying your ski boots/snowboard boots or cycling jerseys are available.

If you cancel up to one month before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. For later withdrawal, cancellation fees will be charged according to our terms and conditions (AGB-Ahome-2021). For example with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
