Arrival - Mainhouse
The Madle – B&B is our second house – Thus, there is not always a responsible person in the house. Therefore, we ask you to arrive in the main building – Andre Arnold Boutique Pension, Auweg 10 – to make the registration.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to three months before arrival, the cancellation is free. For later withdrawal of the booking, cancellation fees according to our terms and conditions (GTC-Ahome-2014) will be charged.
Therefore we recommend to take out travel insurance. For example, the European travel insurance.
Check-In
Check-in starts at 2 p.m. After consultation and availability earlier check-in might be possible.
Late Check-In
We kindly ask you to inform us if you arrive after 6 pm. We will gladly send you the information regarding the late arrival.
Check-Out
We ask you check-out until 10 am on the day of departure.
External Guests
We ask you not to take guests into your room, which are not guests of our house.
Night Time
Please behave quietly in the house. At any time, guests may want to relax and sleep. Especially from 10pm we ask you not to disturb the rest of the other guests.
Payment
- All prices shown on our homepage are in Euro incl. Statutory tax.
- The prices for rooms are per person per day, for apartments the number of persons is shown.
- In addition, the apartments will be charged once for the encleaning.
- Local Tourist Tax
- Tourist tax per person / day: € 3.50
- Children under 16 years are exempt from the local tax.
- Minimum stay from Christmas to the end of March is 7 days or Saturday-Wednesday / Wednesday-Saturday. Short term bookings of shorter duration are possible.
- All prices as well as other information without guarantee.
Parking
You will find plenty of parking in front of the house. This is free of charge.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Season Opening
Our houses are open from mid-June to early May.
Smoking Ban
There is a strict smoking ban in all rooms.
Sport Equipment Storage
You are welcome to leave your sports equipment in a locked room. Heating elements for drying your ski boots/snowboard boots or cycling jerseys are available.
