Good To Know

• All rates which are declared at our homepage are in Euro incl. all legitimate taxes.
• The rates for rooms are quoted per person per day, and for apartments the number of persons is declared.
• For apartments we charge a final end-cleaning.
• Local Tax
  • Tourist tax in summer (01.06.-31.10.) Per person / day: € 2.50
  • Tourist tax in winter (01.11.-31.05.) Per person / day: € 3,00
  • Children under 15 years are exempt from the local tax.
• Reduction for children in parents room:
0-2 years 50%, 3-10 years 30%, 11-14 years 20%, 15-16 years 10%
• We charge short term stays (up to three days) with additional 10 % in the period between October and May.
• An offer is subject to availability.
• After booking, a deposit of 30% is required. We ask you to pay the rest at the arrival day. You will receive a 5% discount if you pay in cash. We do accept bank and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• There is a minimum stay of 7 nights between Christmas and the end of March.
• A lower number of nights could be booked short termed.
• Free cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival, for later cancellations GTC-Ahome-2014 apply and cancellation fees will be invoiced.
• We recommend to conclude a travel insurance. For example at Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
